We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sisters and Seekers purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
